READY TO GO DESIGNS:
- Browse through our "Ready to Go collections" and select your favourite design.
- Select the colour of your design & adjust the quantity.
- Proceed to checkout.
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGNS:
- Browse through our "Semi Custom Designs" and select your favourite design.
- Select the colour of your design & adjust the quantity.
- Fill up the text boxes to add your own style.
- Proceed to checkout.
PERSONALISED DESIGNS:
- Browse through our website and instagram to get inspiration.
- Go to "Personalised Toppers"
- Complete the boxes with as much info as possible.
- Proceed to checkout.
2. TIME TO DESIGN
READY TO ORDER DESIGNS:
We will proceed to print your design 3-5 business days after purchase, using the information provided.
Please note that no mockup will be sent to you prior to printing.
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Please allow us 3-5 business days to adjust the design and add that touch of personalised magic.
Note that no mockup will be sent to you prior to printing.
If you would like to see your design before we print please leave us a comment.
PERSONALISED DESIGNS:
3-5 business days after purchase you will receive an email with a MOCKUP of your design for your approval. (KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SPAM/JUNK)
- Check the mockup carefully for any errors, feedback or alterations you'd like to make.
- You are entitled to 1 complimentary change.
- Note: If we do not receive written approval of the mockup within 3 business days from the day we sent the email, we will assume your acceptance of the design, and proceed with the printing process.
3. READY FOR PRINTING
READY TO ORDER DESIGNS:
- Production can take up to 5 business days after purchase.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your items are in transit.
Please note that once production starts we cannot make any changes to the order.
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGNS:
- Production can take up to 5 business days after the design is finalised.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your items are in transit.

PERSONALISED DESIGNS:

How do I know what size to order?
***You will need to tell us just the diameter of your glasses. Based on our experience, we will print the most suitable size***
Measure Your Glass Mouth Size:
Before ordering, take a moment to measure the mouth size of the glasses you intend to use for displaying our edible toppers. This measurement is essential to tailor the toppers precisely to your needs.

Venue Inquiries:
If your event will be hosted at a venue, reach out to the vendor, bartender, event coordinator, or venue manager responsible for the beverage service.
Ask them for details about the glasses they will be using, specifically the mouth size.

Pre-Select Your Drinks (If you can):
We recommend pre-selecting the drinks or cocktails that will be served at your event this way you/your venue will have an easy time figuring out the mouth size.

If No Mouth Size is Provided
In case you are unable to provide the mouth size of your glasses or opt not to.By default, we will create toppers measuring around 60mm (depending on the design chosen) While these might fit some glasses, keep in mind that the perfect fit might be missed without your specific measurements.
How long do they take to dissolve?
It's all about whether you're a natural dancer with a drink in hand or more of a sit-down enthusiast.
When the glass stands still, the toppers party on for hours, but drinks aren't here for a snooze fest – they're here to be sipped and enjoyed.
So, with all that glass shaking and moving, your drink might high-five the topper a few times and hence they will start to dissolve.
But don't stress about the clock, you've got time to enjoy your drink, and of course, take some pics.

Do you provide digital proof of my design?
We only provide digital proofs for personalised designs.
After purchase kindly allow us 3-5 business days to work on your design and we will send over a mockup of the toppers.
What happens after I place a PERSONALISED order?
3-5 business days after purchase you will receive an email with a mockup of your design (Make sure to check your SPAM).
Once the design is approved we will start production. - Production can take up to 3 business days.
Note: If you are not satisfy with the design you are entitled to 1 change.
If additional adjustments are needed beyond the included round, a $10AUD per proof will be required.
This policy ensures that the design process is efficient and streamlined for both the customer and the company.

Once the purchase is made, our production process will commence. Production can take 2-3 business days.
Just hold tight until you get that shipping heads-up!
It's important to note that for semi-custom designs, we do not provide proofs or permit additional modifications.

If you need the "ready to go" toppers sooner than the personalised or semi-customised toppers, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch orders separately.
Therefore, if you decide to combine "ready to go" toppers with personalised or semi-custom toppers, please base your decision on the longest lead time.
We will dispatch the entire order once we finalise the production of ALL items.
What if I want to order a combination of semi-customised and ready to go toppers?
Before placing your order, we would like to draw your attention to our lead times to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
If you need the "ready to go" toppers sooner than the personalised or semi-customised toppers, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch orders separately.
Therefore, if you decide to combine "ready to go" toppers with personalised or semi-custom toppers, please base your decision on the longest lead time.
We will dispatch the entire order once we finalise the production of ALL items.
Why does the price increases based on the diameter of the glass?
The price adjusts based on the size of your glass because larger glasses need bigger toppers. Believe us, tiny toppers on a cocktail glass just don't have the same charm! After lots of trial and error, we've figured out the perfect size to print based on the diameter of the glasses you provide.

Bigger glasses mean we need more material and ink, which is why there's a tiny increase in price if the diameter of your glasses is 8cm or more. But hey, it's all about making sure your custom pieces are just right!"
Are there any limitations for personalised designs?
Yes, there are some limitations to keep in mind when it comes to our personalised designs.
We currently can’t print complex photos or 3D-style designs. Our process focuses on plain colour formats, so while we can create lovely, simple, and elegant pieces, some of the more intricate effects might not be achievable with our current equipment.
If you’re unsure whether your design will work, feel free to email us at sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au with your ideas/logo/design, and we’ll happily check it for you before you place your order.
CARE
How to store wafer paper?
Try to keep the toppers inside of the pack until your big fiesta and store them in a cool dry place.
They should be safe in your pantry.
*Steer clear of refrigeration and warm places – these two can lead to the paper becoming tender, resulting in melting and altering their form.
How long does wafer paper last?
It's advised to utilise it within a year from the time of purchase.
This is because the paper loses moisture and becomes fragile as time goes on.

How much is postage?
The shipping cost and time frame for Australian orders will depend on the weight and size of the order.
Since our products are customisable, this will be calculated during check out for our collections and quoted for our bespoke designs.
What are your shipping timeframes within Australia?
These are estimated shipping times only and do not include design and production time.

WA, TAS, NT: 4-10 business days
Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet, Australia only.
But we do have plans to ship worldwide in the near future.
