DISPATCH DATE ASSORTED PACKS
Please note that only the Assorted Packs will be dispatched 1 business day after you place your order. If your cart contains multiple items, your entire order will be dispatched according to the following lead times based on the products you’ve ordered:
- All Other Christmas Toppers: Dispatch begins on the 2nd of December to ensure delivery before Christmas. Need them sooner? Contact us at sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au.
- Personalised Toppers: Dispatch will occur once production is complete. (Design process: 3-5 business days, Production: 3-5 business days).
- All Other Toppers: These will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

AFTER NOVEMBER ORDERS-
Regular Orders: Missed the SALE? and need the toppers before Christmas -
we recommend choosing our 'Priority Production' option.
(After the 6th of December, even with Priority we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas due to carrier schedules during the holiday period) -
Personalised Christmas Toppers won't be available for purchase after the 30th of November.

PRIORITY DESIGN AND PRODUCTION:
Standard production may take up to 10 business days. All Christmas toppers will begin dispatching on the 2nd of December.
For orders placed after December 2nd that need delivery before Christmas, we recommend choosing our 'Priority Production' option.
Please note: The priority fee applies to design and production time only and does not include shipping time.

New Year's Toppers Deadline
All "New Year's" toppers will be available for purchase until the 21st of December. This ensures that they will reach your doorstep in time for the New Year's Eve festivities. We recommend placing your order by this date to guarantee timely delivery.
All Other Collections Including Personalised Toppers
Please note that all orders placed from the 18th of December will be crafted and dispatched after the New Year.

1. GET YOUR ITEMS
READY TO GO DESIGNS:
- Browse through our "Ready to Go collections" and select your favourite design.
- Select the colour of your design & adjust the quantity.
- Proceed to checkout.
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGNS:
- Browse through our "Semi Custom Designs" and select your favourite design.
- Select the colour of your design & adjust the quantity.
- Fill up the text boxes to add your own style.
- Proceed to checkout.
PERSONALISED DESIGNS:
- Browse through our website and instagram to get inspiration.
- Go to "Personalised Toppers"
- Complete the boxes with as much info as possible.
- Proceed to checkout.
2. TIME TO DESIGN
READY TO ORDER DESIGNS:
We will proceed to print your design 2-3 business days after purchase, using the information provided.
Please note that no mockup will be sent to you prior to printing.
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Please allow us 2-3 business days to adjust the design and add that touch of personalised magic.
Note that no mockup will be sent to you prior to printing.
If you would like to see your design before we print please leave us a comment.
PERSONALISED DESIGNS:
3-5 business days after purchase you will receive an email with a MOCKUP of your design for your approval. (KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SPAM/JUNK)
- Check the mockup carefully for any errors, feedback or alterations you'd like to make.
- You are entitled to 1 complimentary change.
- Note: If we do not receive written approval of the mockup within 3 business days from the day we sent the email, we will assume your acceptance of the design, and proceed with the printing process.
3. READY FOR PRINTING
READY TO ORDER DESIGNS:
- Production can take up to 3 business days after purchase.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your items are in transit.
Please note that once production starts we cannot make any changes to the order.
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGNS:
- Production can take up to 3 business days after the design is finalised.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your items are in transit.
