If you’re unsure whether your design will work, feel free to email us at sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au with your ideas/logo/design, and we’ll happily check it for you before you place your order.

We currently can’t print complex photos or 3D-style designs. Our process focuses on plain colour formats, so while we can create lovely, simple, and elegant pieces, some of the more intricate effects might not be achievable with our current equipment.

GLASS DIAMETER:

To ensure your toppers are a perfect fit, it’s crucial to provide the correct size based on the diameter of your glasses. Please do not leave the "glass diameter" prompt blank.

Do not input the size of toppers you want in the "glass diameter" field. Doing so may cause confusion and delay the design and production process. If you have a specific topper size in mind, please leave it in the comments section instead.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT:
Bigger glasses mean we need more material and ink, which is why there's a tiny increase in price if the diameter of your glasses is 8cm or more.

Believe us, tiny toppers on a cocktail glass just don't have the same charm!

After lots of trial and error, we've figured out the perfect size to print based on the diameter of the glasses you provide.

But hey, it's all about making sure your custom pieces are just right!

TOPPER SIZE BASED ON GLASS DIAMETER:
4cm Glass = 2.5cm Toppers
5cm Glass = 3cm to 3.5cm Toppers
6cm Glass = 4cm to 4.5cm Toppers
7cm Glass = 5cm to 5.5cm Toppers
8cm Glass = 6cm to 6.5cm Toppers
9cm Glass = 7cm to 7.5cm Toppers
10cm Glass = 8cm to 8.5cm Toppers
11cm Glass = 9cm to 9.5cm Toppers
12cm Glass = 10cm to 10.5cm Toppers

and so on...

Measure Your Glass Mouth Size:

In case you are unable to provide the mouth size of your glasses or opt not to.

By default, we will create toppers measuring around 6cm (60mm) depending on your design. While these might fit some cocktail glasses, keep in mind that the perfect fit might be missed without your specific measurements.

PRIORITY DESIGN AND PRODUCTION:

Standard production can take up to 10 business days. If you require your order sooner, we recommend selecting our 'priority production' option.

Please note that this priority fee pertains to design and production only and does not include shipping time.

DISPATCH DATE

Christmas Toppers: All Christmas toppers will begin dispatching on the 2nd December to ensure delivery well before Christmas.

Personalised Toppers: Dispatch will occur as soon as production is complete (Design process: 3-5 business days, Production: 3-5 business days)
All Other Toppers: These will dispatch within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

Regular Orders: Missed the SALE? and need the toppers before Christmas - we recommend choosing our 'Priority Production' option.

Personalised Christmas Toppers won't be available for purchase after the 30th of November.
