DISPATCH DATE ASSORTED PACKS

Please note that only the Assorted Packs will be dispatched 1 business day after you place your order. If your cart contains multiple items, your entire order will be dispatched according to the following lead times based on the products you’ve ordered:

• All Other Christmas Toppers: Dispatch begins on the 2nd of December to ensure delivery before Christmas. Need them sooner? Contact us at sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au.
• Personalised Toppers: Dispatch will occur once production is complete. (Design process: 3-5 business days, Production: 3-5 business days).
• All Other Toppers: These will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

• Regular Orders: Missed the SALE? and need the toppers before Christmas -  we recommend choosing our 'Priority Production' option.
  (After the 6th of December, even with Priority we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas due to carrier schedules during the holiday period)
